Some books stay with you because of the plot. Others stay with you because of the feeling they leave behind. Jude is one of those books that lingers because it does both. I chose Jude as one of my first reviews for Sweet Pea & Pages because it has always stuck with me. It was one of those reads that reminded me how easy it is to get completely wrapped up in a story, especially when the characters feel messy, vulnerable, and real. This is a dark, emotional coming-of-age story
