The Story Behind Sweet Pea
Hi, I’m Polly!
I’m a wife, fur mama, book lover, coffee drinker, full-time recruiter, and reformer Pilates instructor — usually balancing a little bit of everything at once.
When I’m not working or teaching, you can usually find me reading a thriller, working out, spending time with my husband and fur babies, or finding some way to make everyday life feel a little cozier.
Community is at the heart of so much of what I do. I love creating spaces where people can connect, and that passion led me to found Live No More Thrillers, a local book club centered around reading, friendship, and bringing people together.
The name Sweet Pea and Pages is especially personal to me. My husband has always called me “Sweet Pea,” and pairing that nickname with my love of books felt like the perfect way to create something that was both meaningful and completely my own.
Right now, Sweet Pea and Pages is my cozy little corner of the internet for honest reviews, current reads, book recommendations, cozy finds, and all the things that make reading feel special.
But this is only the beginning. My ultimate dream is to take Sweet Pea & Pages on the road and turn it into a mobile bookshop — a cozy bookstore on wheels that brings books, community, and connection directly to readers.
Until then, I’m building it one page, one reader, and one cozy moment at a time.
